His Story
The Life of James Alan Teel II
James Alan Teel II, affectionately known as "Jaymo," was born on July 29, 1989, in Trenton, New Jersey, a city that would shape his roots, his character, and his deep sense of community. He was educated in the Trenton Public School system and was a proud graduate of Trenton Central High School, Class of 2007. He went on to build a working life with integrity and dedication, formerly employed as a driver with both FedEx and Waste Management roles that suited a man who showed up faithfully for everything and everyone he cared about.
As a son, brother, uncle, and friend, James was known for his quiet strength, kind heart, and unwavering loyalty. He never needed the spotligh his presence alone was enough to make everyone around him feel seen, valued, and loved. He was always willing to offer encouragement, share a laugh, or lend a helping hand when it was needed most.
A devoted sports fan, Jaymo loved football, baseball, and basketball with a passion that brought energy and joy to any room. More than the games themselves, he cherished the moments they created gathering with family and friends, sharing the highs and lows, and simply being together. His warmth, compassion, and genuine love for others left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
